Thanks Sterling! The allure of Firemist Purple was just to hard to resist.
Haven't been able to say hi at NAMM the last couple of years, you're always surrounded by a huge entourage ;)

I saw the Barolo GC special edition today in person, it seemed to be much more metallic than the firemist purple I have at home.
Been way to long since I had one of these...

Possibly, over the last 10 years Brad's ran through more Sterling's then just about anybody.
A fine time that was...many things have certainly changed.
Almost positive you did, I think you PM'd me about buying before I had even decided to sell it. I'm pretty sure I turned the cash into a Bongo.
Assuming that's the one I sold to you that is from around 2000. Here is the original thread from when I bought it....
Yeah, you'd have to do some serious routing to the Big Al to even honk about installing something that isn't more a stick on type thing. That Big Al control cavity is filled.
Lols...I miss that bugger now.
Another Fretless bongo is on the list for me at some point.
A lot of Guitar Center's have Classics with Roasted necks in stock.
I should be there for the entire thing, though it will technically be a working trip. As of Jan 1, I'll be "in the industry" dealing mostly with the amplification side of the business.
Agreed!
;)
You better sell those PH112's. I heard neo cabs don't cut it live ;)
Seriously, nice rig...those PH112's are probably my favorite cabs.
Absolutely False. personal preference is fine, but there are plenty of people using them quite successfully in those types of situations.
That's not quite true. Emminence, who has been making some fantastic Neo based designs, has had to increase the price of their 3015LF dramatically. Pricing of Neo cabs will go up in the short term. ...

You got it.
If its 5 strings or a Single humbucker than those are Hog. If its a 4 string SSS that you are interested in it won't be obvious unless its sunburst. The other helpful hint is that the alder ones in...
They have the pattern for the 4SSS and 4H, they should have it for the fives too...I emailed them at one point when I was thinking of getting another guard.
No. Nobody needs to bleed from their eyes.
Don't be so sure about that...one of them is over here in heaven...er...Chicago with me.
Nope, just different angles.
I'm not weak willed and in love with you like Jack...no dice...
Maybe ;)
Decided to go with another SSS instead of the Single H. One for flats and one for rounds. You'll see an awesome Single H Big Al up for sale soon.
...
Did you see this?

I'm pretty sure I've played that one...its been there for at least a year and a half by now. Its a special one...deeply tempted me.
