Yamaha anything. Fantastic.
I don't think this is any kind of MusicMan equivalent, but I think Yamaha guitars are some of the best bang for buck out there. I've had a few and loved them.
Very happy to hear you're okay. Sounds like you did everything right that was in your area of control and it shows.
They really are the best. For a company that produces so many instruments and so much going on, their attention to individual customers is pretty incredible.
Those look like great monitors. I can't say I have too much experience, but I really like my Yamaha MSP5s.
Wow yeah, the black hardware looks awesome! Makes me want to do the same swap.
I'm sure this has been answered, but what is the deal with the PUPs?
JP13
I see two different bridge PUPs in the pictures on the JP13 page.
Are the PUPs new? Are they the CrunchLab and...
happy birthday BP!
Make sure to check eBay. Sometimes they'll pop up there, but there weren't too many of them made...
Basically the same two I have! COngrats.
Might I suggest a white pearloid pickguard on the dargie?
Deano that is awesome.
I'm also interested to see if you end up programming it in with whatever effects setup you are running. It has the midi connection so you can switch stompbox/multiFX along...
Jumbo Jazz III for teh win.
I have a JPX and a JP6 and they never, ever go out of tune, even when using the tremolo a lot. Your issue isn't normal. Again, contact customer service.
First order of business should be to call or email customer service. They are incredibly helpful.
Music Man Customer Service
Dean, incredible, but where was the 3 note bend at the end???
Yes, call or email customer service. They are the best.
Yeah, Dean, your bends are the best in the business!
I know, that is an insane price.
Dean obviously the whole thing is fantastic, but I especially love the final super bend. Keep that part in there for the final version!
When I fly with guitars, I never check them. In fact, I never let them out of my sight.
My renters insurance company swears they cover guitars. I specifically asked them -- multiple times.
We'll see what happens when the house burns to the ground.
From what I understand, no. Not unless it is a RW neck from another JPX.
OP,
You should change the title of this thread. At first glance, the thread title seems to show you have tuning problems with your guitar. Only in the thread do you say that you've modified it....
I believe that price is around what they went for brand new. Don't pay that much for it.
