I saw the show at Casino Rama (just north of Toronto) this weekend and it blew me away to say the least. The band was top notch in both instrumentation and vocals. Joe's vocals were perfect and...
Awesome. Looking forward to the show this coming Saturday at Casino Rama.
Good job, it's a tough song to get down, I've spent days and months on it. Your tone is great too. I must try it with my LukeIII too on the second position as you said, up to now I always grab my...
Hard to tell if it is a neptune blue or not, mine our a lighter shade and you can see the mahogany grain.
I have one in maple and one in rosewood.
I seriously doubt the Sterling would have had that nice figured maple neck that you have.
The
LIII PDN run (Neptune Blue) has SS frets which feel higher than the regular LIiI frets. I like them a lot.
Have to agree with the above - I have both and the Silo Spec. is a great all around guitar, does Blues, funky stuff, and you can shred on it - definitely an all around work horse - AND great...
I always use RPS strings for reliability when gigging, broke too many regular Slinkys. The RPS strings are rock solid.
Dargie's please.
Trust me Elmer can make any guitar sing. His demo of the Silhouette Special made me buy that guitar and more. We are lucky to have him here in Toronto to catch his awesome gigs around town.

Outstanding! The Silo is one of my favourite EBMM guitars.
I have a Silhouette Special from that run and it is an amazing looking, playing, and sounding guitar.
Nice pics,
Did Luke okay too?
My PDN Neptune Blue L3s both have SS frets that are higher than the standard L3 frets - they play perfect for me, fast yet very slik feeling and nice to bend and vibrato.
Very nice, love it.
Sorry, that's ugly.
That's a beauty. Congratulations.
Got the same guitar, its an awesome beast. Can play anything on it.

I built this one (copy of a Silhouette with an original Floyd Rose) a couple of years ago. Its got SS frets and Dimarzio Gravity Storm pickups.
Yes please with SS frets and roasted maple necks.
awesome, so inspiring.
I know Brian Mascarin. He has done some work for me on my guitars and painted some my friends basses. He is an excellent tech.
Yep I love SS frets, both my Luke IIIs have them as does one of my Silo Specs and JP6. So much nicer for me to play.
