Help! VPJR tuner stopped tuning

About 8 months into owning a VPJR, the tuner display stopped showing any sign of detecting audio from my guitar. The "background" marks are still there, but the needle doesn't show and it gives no indication that it hears a signal. Pressing toe down gradually increases the volume from 0 to 100% and shows the associated animations on the screen. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, which made no difference. It's powered by a Stryman Zuma pushing 18v. Changing the mode to tune only has the same results: no indication that it detects any incoming audio.

Any suggestions?

Call the dealer you bought from and/or call Music Man customer service. Manufacturer's warranties are usually 90 days in the US but your store may have their own longer warranty period too.
