My band 'Ordem Inversa' played on a festival here in Brasilia last monday.
We only got to play 2 songs, one cover, the other ours.

It was our first gig as a band and the first time I played live with my JP6.

It was awesome! The response we got from the crowd was great.
Needless to say my EBMM sounded perfect with the Mark IV on stage.

Hope the juri liked it as much as the crowd. There are a total of 46 bands competing for 12 positions on the finals.

Here are a few pics I managed to get from the event organizers.

Awesome Thiago! I'm happy for you guys. Best of luck on reaching the finals. By the way, do you use 9 or 10s on your JP 6 string?

unclerico: Yeah, I think I did add you! hehe

glockaxis: I'm using 10s. :)

petruccirocks02: I've yet to learn that solo. I have some free time this afternoon, I might start the tackle.

Awesome pic's - looks like it was a fun gig!! BTW, anyone ever tell you that you look like "Royler"? I imagine you probably know Jiu-Jitsu?

Imagine - BJJ and EBMM together! Never-the-less pretty cool photos!

Sure, the gig pics look great Thiago

But I thought we all previously agreed that any pictures posted were also to include hot Brazilian women :D

Those are some ridiculously cool pics. Really clear and great "poses" for them.

I hope you go on!

Thanks for checking in the thread and commenting.

mbgreene: Google the girls man, I'm sure there are plenty online! I don't hang around with many hot brazilian girls now, except my girlfriend.
Maybe next time I post pics... :D

Still needs work but this'll do for now.

TNT: You're the first to say I look like him. I don't really know much about Jiu-Jitsu, although I think it's cool and have a few friends who practice it.

Awesome Thiago. Thanks for doing that. You're tone is amazing, sounds just like JP's. I can't wait till you perfect that and repost it, I'm looking forward to it. Also, could you give me the link to where you get those backing tracks? I've edited this post like 3 times, but it just popped into my head that I'd love to see you do a cover of the spirit carries on solo. That would be awesome. Take care.

petruccirocks02: I don't think those BT's are up anymore. I'll upload what I have later on for you. TSCO solo is a good one.

mesadualrec: We covered 'Your time has come' by Audioslave and I think I was going for the solo on that pic :p I'm not sure if anyone has ever used the piezo as a killswitch before but it helped me make it through that song.

I do that all the time, plugged into just the lower jack with a mono cable. I frikkin love it !

Looks like you had a great time at the gig Thiago, do you have plans to swing back this way again during the winter?

Nice to know I'm not the only one wigglin' my piezo switch for other purposes :)

I won't be coming up for the winter this year. My dad is thinking about going in July next year. I'll arrange to go along if he does.
