Historically, we learn nothing until the show itself.

Patience.

I have a feeling, after the incredibly prolific few years we've had, that this year things might get scaled back a bit. However, I've got a near-perfect track record of being wrong, so one never knows.

Personally, I'd like to see a Gamechanger in something other than a 4-string, black Reflex body. Not that I can afford one, mind you….

I'd really like an opportunity to order a Big Al 5 with the HSS electronics configuration. Especially with a gloss finished Roasted Maple Neck. My fingers are crossed.

This would be absolutely killer!!

I think new colours, and more options for the Gamechanger.

Keko, IMO, the time to strike, (in the UK anyway) for a Bongo is NOW. I waited for a few years, and the prices are shooting up because of transport costs, fuel, material costs, import duties, etc. That is why I have two on order....as now they have the lighter tuners I will have latest spec.

I reckon mid way through 2013 we might get a special Bongo.

All hail the 10 year anniverary of the Bongo! Remember those who said 'it'll never take off'. They were wrong.

The Bongo is my favorite EBMM bass. I'm hoping for another run of the toasted necks. I think a forest green (or Sherwood green) Bongo with a toasted neck would look incredible. :D

Seems like the Big Al needs an HH to be line with it's siblings, and a gloss tinted or Roasted neck would be smokin'

OK, ...I visited my EBMM dealer this afternoon, ...he's going to NAMM as usual and I expect from him some good news!

However, ...2013. will be my "Year of Bongo" and that's for sure, ...regular, LE, or Anniversary?, ...depends about offer, price and possible updated color chart!

Only what's for sure is a 5 strings and single H (small EQ) configuration, ...that's my final decision!

Guitar code named Stallion makes its debut....will not be called the stallion in the marketplace
a few other tid bits....heheheheheh maybe some not so small.

Sabre will be more than a limited run! JOSH

Was going to go for a Bongo....Might wait for a Red Sabre now with a SLO neck, maple board, tort guard and definitely a Piezo option, Hope they don´t outsource the line to Asia, Sorry i´m talking like it´s a given....Gonna lose a lot of sleep over this......

Thanks for reining me in Jlepre,Got this today off the German "promusictools.com web site today after a sleepless night.....:)

The legendary Music Man Sabre bass, long out of production, now available again as an instrument from the strictly limited "Music Man PDN Sledge" series. These are basses from the strictly limited production run, built exclusively for the Music Man Premier Dealer network. Using selected Music Man models from the current production as a basis, all these guitars and basses share the unique Sledge custom finish, inspired by the world famous bass player Tony Levin, as well as an extremely beautiful figured neck made of high grade birdseye maple, with the high gloss polyester finish. These instruments are priced very moderately, considering their unique features, however, they will be instant collector's items
