Question #1:
On my honeyburst Axis, i have it strung up with 10's and tuned 1/2 step down, the action at the 12th fret on the low E string measures 7/64, what steps are required to achieve a 1/16 action ??

Question #2:
On my trans. red Axis, i have it strung up with custom light (9-46) strings, and i am getting some light buzz on all strings except the high E when played high on the neck (it's just enough to get on your nerves) the action on the 12th fret on the low E is 3/32. What steps are required to eliminate this problem ?? (i will also be installing D-Tuna on this guitar tomorrow).

My advice would be take it to reputable repairer. It's a bit like owning a car we wash it, pump up the tires and occasionally change the oil and filters. But then we still take it to the mechanic for a tune up. I would recommend at least getting it set up initially until your comfortable to do it yourself.

Colin

I am comfortable doing it myself if someone could tell me what needed to be done.
