21 band EQ settings ?

Is there a good site where they explain how to use the 21 band EQ at its full use ?
wich settings are the best for slap,...etc or how to simulate sounds from other bassplayers ??

I think you mean 31 band, if you're talking about a rack mounted 1/3 octave graphic equalizer?
