It probably doesn't help, but the prototype shown here a few weeks ago was birdseye.

Yeah, I remeber, and no that doesn't help. I need to know about the production basses.

from what I think:
'Round these parts Figured means figured and it's the luck of the draw after that.
Personally I'm cool with that. If there is something specific you want then it's shopping time.

BTW, all my EBMM guitars and bass(es) are custom.

The reason I need to know is we don't have a word for "figured" but rather different words for different figurings, like birds eye, flamed and so on. Trying to get the message across to some Swedes, you know
