5 way switch in Axis Super Sport??

What kind of 5 way switch is there in the Axis Super Sport to get those pickup combos? I am building a pickguard/harness for my Silhouette Special so it can have 2 HBs (keep my HSS pickguard if I wanna switch back!). Is it a regular 5 way? MegaSwitch? One of those 4 pole Yamaha switches?
Any diagrams online how it is wired?

Ahh, thanks, I have been to this page, and looked at it, but it only mentions 'lever switch' and not what specific kind of 5 way. I don't believe I can get those pickup combinations with just a regular old 5- way switch, though.
