Well, 64 posts later, i'm treating myself to a little somethin' somethin' that's going to make my SR5 growl with power. What is it you ask? Well, i've currently been playing through a Peavey TNT 1 15. Lots of power with no flavor. So i've just ordered me a GK 1001RB-II head and i'll be using a Hartke 4 10 until I can get a GK Neo 2 12 to power it. I'm sorry. I couldn't hold in my excitement. I'll let you guys know how it turns out Monday or Tuesday.

That's a great rig. I play my SR5 through the 1001RBII and Two Neo 2x12 cabs but believe me for most situations one 2x12 will be plenty.Congratulations!

The 1001RB-II is a great head. Plenty of headroom, priced very nicely for what you get. And, it's not too heavy either.

Great news Andrew. Glad you could stop by and play my 1001RB-II/Neo rig. That 212 is great as a stand alone, but you heard what happens when the Neo 115 iss added.

I know exactly what you're going through! I went through it yesterday with UPS holding my new 'Ray captive. I missed delivery and had to drive to the UPS center to pick it up last night.

But it was worth it!!!

Woo!!!!!

She's here and she sounds AMAZING!!! Even though this Hartke 4 10 can't handle the power, it sounds PHAT!! I've never been this happy about my sound. Clear lows and highs. In your face harmonics. You can jump octaves without it freaking out. Can't wait to get the Neo 2 12 and 1 15 to complete my rig. I'll put up some pics later. I'm off to have some more fun now.
