You've all heard the story of the fateful night when Jack patiently explained to Ray and I why we had to give up our dreams of green basses. What a long, strange, martini-filled night that was. Saddly the actual conversation wasn't filmed. Mainly because I was barely vertical at that point.

For added fun, here's a short film I made on the Bass Parade. Its one of those strange and magical pieces of Mardi Gras that most people never know about. You can spot me in places with my paisley pink p-bass. Evan Brooks, the founder of Digidesign and creator of ProTools is running the video camera for parade portions.

Yep. And Ray serenaded him. If you're going to be praying to the porcelain goddess, there are worse places to do it than in one of Jack's exquisitely decorated bathrooms to the music of RockinRay.
 
I couldn't remember who owned that trans-gold Stingray. Nice lookin' bass.

I'm glad I only appear at the very end!
 
I couldn't get the video to play at home. After I watched it here at work, I realized why I had to sell the Trans Gold Stingray.

Ben and Andy must have used up all the good notes that night.

I couldn't get it to sound like that again. :D

Looks like a great time was had by all! Who is the tall gentleman complaining about the high g-string? He's the only one I dont recognize.
