Question About to get a Reflex - are those pickups swappable?

I see the pickup surround/rings are different - what is the purpose?
Are they plug/play swappable and if so where to get other pickups and surrounds?

Yes they are Dimarzio's with standard pickup legs(ears) so there should be no issues replacing them.
