hey, basically i bought a petrucci not so long ago and the other nite i accidently caught the saddle cover on the trem (the silver cover) and put a small crack in it aswell as peeling off some of the silver coating taking it down to the original gold metal beneath...does anyone know if its possible to order a new one and get it posted to the UK from anywhere??iv emailed musicman repairs but they havnt got back to me...it really is purely a cosmetic thing but its buggin me...its ment to be my new guitar an iv already starting to make it look battered :mad:..
any help is much appreciated guys

Hey Chris ... its a holiday weekend at EB, so it may not be till Monday before they can get back to you and fill you in on the replacement parts procedure.

out of interest what does the replacement part precedure involve??i doubt il get it covered on my warranty you see as i bought it second hand (altho its only 5 months old)..

Lots of times, people need replacement parts. Usually, they'll send you a replacement part if you send them the original. As for cost, I don't know how much it will cost.

If you're an international customer, you might need to go through your local dealer or distributor. But definitely get in touch with EBMM cust. service. They can help you track down the part you need, and who to get it from.

Yeah, it's a holiday weekend here in the US, so if you emailed them on THursday or Friday, they weren't there to get it. They'll be back monday.
