MY FRETLESS BONGO! This 5-string beauty with two humbuckers and piezo bridge is simply a work of art. Desert gold, python pickguard and FLATWOUND STRINGS DIRECT FROM THE EBMM GUYS! I'm speechless. It's a shame that I ordered two pickguards (python and black pearloid) because I was unsure of the looks but the extra one didn't arrive. The guy who sold me the bass told me that also noticed it and didn't charge me for it. He said that he didn't want me to wait more time just for another pickguard. Anyway it looks COOL!!

Really nice!

I didn't get to choose Desert Gold. It just happened to be what came up on Ebay about the time I was looking for a Bongo. I have grown very attatched to the color though I know I would have never picked it as my first choice originally.

I originally chose Desert Gold because I liked the colour, and because I didn't think it'd be a popular one. Now it is, methinks, the most popular of all Bongo paint jobs. Hmmm...
