As you can tell by my screen name, Im a huge King's X fan. I also love DT, Moke, Galactic Cowboys, Mustard Seeds, and other similar bands. You guys like any of these bands....:rolleyes:
 
I've heard of all of those bands, but haven't heard some of them.

I will say, however that I am a big fan of Dream Theater. Though I will never play as good as JP, that little SOB, I respect him fully and am envious of his skill.

Now I'm bitter. ;)
 
King's X are cool. Ty Tabor is a Great guitar player. I have heard a couple of Galatic Cowboy's songs from around 1993. The other bands I have not heard of. Have you heard of Opeth? Another guitar player that I think is under rated is Jim Matheos of Fates Warning.
 
Tabor/Kings X are all right - I'd go see them if they came to town but I'm not pulling a road trip for them... Petrucci and Dream Theater, however - I've driven more than 700 Miles in one trip to see them play :D
