anyone use a Dimarzio Super Distortion/Dual Sound in their EBMM?

I'm thinking this would be an excellent choice in my Sub1, paired with either a PAF Pro or an Air Norton in the neck.

My main concern is-- how would it sound when played through a clean channel? If I got the Dual Sound (basically the Super Distortion w/ coil tap or series/parallel switching), I'd have more flexibility for clean stuff.

I honestly don't do much clean playing on this guitar, but I'd like to at least have a decent option.

I still have a Dual Sound here in my "guitar stuff" box... I love the pickup, but can't bring myself to drop it in any of my EBMMs... Maybe if I ever decide to grab a couple parts and through together a custom jobbie I'll get to use it again... Anyway, I think that it would sound great in a S.U.B. 1 - the pickup's a real howler and loves Basswood guitars. The split tones are very passable for cleans, and it does add a lot of versatility...
