OK,
well need/am/will order a hardcase for the Axis which is naked (brrrr) but do any of you own/use one of the EB softcases? I wondered as it may be useful for toting to lessons etc.

My advice would be to never use a soft case. Simply not worth the risk! I would buy a Hiscox Strat case myself. They fit and are better and cheaper than the EBMM SKB cases. And quite light too.
 
i like the ernie ball cases they look like something youd put a M16 machine gun in also they are made very well but i would never trust a soft case for something as nice as a Ernie Ball Guitar but if your on a budget go for the cheaper option sometimes it works out better for you
