Help! Axis locking nut issue with 1st fret string spacing?

What to do if on my Axis with Floyd if only the G and B strings are touching the 1st fret.
The rest of them are above it, not touching and has enough space in between strings and fret.

Now if I shim the locking nut - on the GBE side only - then G and B will be fine but the high E will be too high.

Should I just replace my locking nut?
There is no fret wear.

As you said, shim the GBE side only, it will only take a little to shim to get clearance and the impact upon EAD will be minimal. I have this same issue with another Floyd equipped guitar and it works fine.

Before shimming the high E was perfect height.
After shimming the GB are perfect but the high E is too high.

What is the string spacing like at the 12th fret? Low action throughout? If it is low it could mean some neck relief without the shim.

BTW, if it is a new guitar i suggest you contact customer service.

Not a new guitar.
Low action all the way.
Neck relief is almost straight, very little relief, maybe 1/32.

Perhaps it is too low, i suggest you give it some relief. The end result will be a mixture of relief, shim (either the nut or the neck).

How can it be too low?
When EADE are perfect the GB touch the 1st fret.
When I shim it and just on the GBE side then EADGB are perfect but high E is too high.

Only E is too high whilst EADGB are perfect when shimmed? Strange. Is there a shim under the E saddle?
