I am in my 3rd week of ownership with my axis sport (GOO1753) and am basically enjoying the axe, however, the single coil pickups are very midrange and bottom heavy, ..is this a matter of adjustment or just the pickups character. I understand that they are dimarzios? Anybody else out there with an identical guitar? Love to hear your experiences.
It may be me just being used to my Anderson single coils on my other axe.
love the neck on this piece though!!:p

p-90's or fender style? A slight little muddy mid thickness is normal to p-90's, on the others, try screwing 'em down into body some, to close could be squashing yer sound with to much mag. pull.
