Axis SS with neck issues

Hey Guys,
I have an Axis Super Sport with MM-90s and maple board here...sounds fantastic, except around the 18th fret...the E,B,G, and D strings all either fret out or go up a whole step rather then a half. I've sent it to one guitar tech and he wasn't able to do anything with it. My question is, do I shop around for another tech, send it to EB, get a paddle because I seem to be up a creek...what? Appreciate any input!

Call EBMM customer service and explain your situation (have your SN handy)
If it needs to go back, they'll issue you an RA # and , presto whamo, it'll all be good again.
Trust me, they care.
