Have you guys ever used rechargable batteries for your bass guitars? Anything different?

Yes,
I use the same rechargeable batteries in my bass that I use in my digital camera, tape recorder, tranistor radio in my boat and about anything else that uses batteries. I have a charger that will charge AA, AAA, 9V rechargables. I actually think they last alot longer.

Thanks for the reply. This'll save me a nice wad of cash in the long run!

Edit: If it matters, does anyone know what kind of rechargables to use? Right now I've got Energizer Ni-MH batteries.

I can't see any problem in the short run. Use a multimeter occasionally to moniter their voltage when you've charged them. Eventually they'll give up the ghost.
