Battle of the Power Supplies!

OK folks I'm looking to refine my pedal board and I've come across a few options to rid myself of those pesky wallwarts. The options are:

Voodoo Labs Pedal Power

Dunlop DC Brick Pedal Power Supply

SIGNAL FLEX MULTI POWER ADAPTER

I guess I should point out what I'm running:

DOD Compressor
DOD EQ
Digitech Whammy
Ibanez WD-7 Wah
Boss ME-50
Behringer V-Amp 2.0 regular plug

I have heard great things about the Voodoo Labs. Lots of guys I know swear by them. I have not tried the others.

I have an el cheapo Japanese-made Pearl power supply from the eighties that's been running all my stuff for more than 12 years without fail. I think I paid $40 for it. I, personally, would buy the CHEAPEST one I could find (probably the Signal Flex) and use that - the thought of paying $250+ CDN for a power supply makes me cringe...

I hear ya...I might just sell all my effects and get either the Live Pod XT, or the Vox Tone Lab SE...it'll probably work out the same in the end

If you're going to go with a multi-effects unit, I'd opt for something from Rocktron. They sound way better than the Line6 stuff and they're quieter too.

Voodoo Labs all the way - never heard a bad thing about them, and apparently their tech support is excellent....will tell you how to get weirdo voltages etc for your more "esoteric" pedals.

Raz,

I'd go with the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2. Each of the power jacks is isolated, which eliminates hum experienced with some other power supplies. Plus if one power jack fails on the PP2, the others still work.

I'd avoid the DC brick for precisely these reasons, and that other 'one space' power supply that's being sold out there.

I don't know anything about the Signal Flex model.

Voodoo Labs....It'll run the Line6 floor modellers...hands down best $200US I spent aside from my Axess Electronics BS-2 buffer...don't leave the hockey arena without one...

Looks cool, but Tonefactor doesn't have it...how much is it?

In The Netherlands it is 179 euro's.
I think with shipping it'll do about the same as the VL PedalPower.
