I bought a new pickguard, pickup covers, and knobs for my Silo Special. What do you think?

It is Desert Gold and is a standard color option.

I just dont like tort guards much, unless it is on a sunburst color or black. To me the material looks like some kind of recicled plastic lol. I would like to see a black pearloid or black ice on that color instead maybe. To each his own of course .

Looks great. here is what i would do. Get a sctatch plate in white, but even more elaborate, get gold knobs and gold plate my bridge and pearloid tuners.

That should cost about the same as another guitar !!!!!!
