Personally I don't care for the "knock-off's" that Behringer consistently makes of other successful products, and I don't like to support them for that reason. Not sure that any of their stuff is as good as the gear they are copying. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.
Your choice to try it or not - but I wouldn't give it the time of day.

Who needs originality in the amplifier business?
Marshall borrowed heavily from Fender amps.
Ashdown borrows liberally from Trace Elliot and Hiwatt amps.
They're not alone

Its just that it's 200$ for a 300W new head ,nice for a second amp for home or so ...

That's hardly surpprising considering that the MD of Ashdown, Mark Gooday, is the guy who started Trace Elliot and built it up to the successful company that it was.
I also have reservations about Behringer.

Mark Gooday was the MD of Trace from 1986 to 1997 when he and Kaman, who owned the company at the time, decided to part ways. That's the way he put it. Their Manufacuring Director at the time put it slightly differently:
