Doesn't Ebay have a 500.00 Loss Protection Plan. Inknow some members have the one that is guaranteed for more, but you may be able to atleast get some money back. I've been tempted many times on Ebay, and knock on wood every single purchase I have made has come through as promised. One thing I always make sure I have a solid contact before bidding. In other words if I don't get in touch with the seller then I won't buy, no matter how sweet the deal is, and usually I'll fire off 5 or 10 emails loaded with questions. I also pay close attention to their feedback...sorry to hear about this though bro...I'll keep my eyes open for an AL, since I'm in Canada also. Which AL was it, the Hot Red one...I almost bid on it...

It was the trans.gold SSS hardtail from MSgifford.Ebay says they had nothing to do with it.There were many e-mails back and forth but I couldn't get anyone by phone. John
