Bongo Strap???

Ola everyone... Can anyone recommend a strap for use with a Bongo? Because I am basically lazy, and because there is alot of collective experience on this forum, and because I don't want to lug my Bongo to different stores to try different straps, I thought I'd ask for suggestions here. I'm looking for something comfortable over several-hour periods of playing, easy on the shoulder, reasonably adjustable, etc. Thanks...

I use the Planet Waves straps with that shoulder pad thing. The pad stays in place and the strap moves through it so it's padded, yet still allows movement.

It's super comfy and one of the few straps I've found that is long enough for me.

I use a Planet Waves strap as well on my Stealth.....but, it would slip a little, so I put a mile of black electrical tape around the adjustment pieces to keep it in place......now, it will only fit my skinny frame....and no one else's...hehehhe....

However, I remember EBMM is testing out some straps.....and if this is a go, I will be 100% EBMM as I will purchase several......gotta support the Big Poppa golf ball fund.....;)

I thought about using some velcro strips to keep the little Planet Waves pad in place, might try that.

Try a Comfort Strapp! You can get them from Bass Central. Absolutely the most comfy strap around. I bought several.

I use the Comfort Strapp, that thing rules. I use it on every bass I own. I use strap loks (dunlop), so if a bass doesn't have the right buttons, they get them within the first 5 minutes I own it :)

My new-to-me Bongo came with them on there. They aren't standard, are they?

I use both the Levy's leather straps and the Kepur rubber ones. The Levy's is much more comfy - I use those at home. The Kepur straps are secure enough that I feel comfortable using them without strap locks, so these are my practice straps - soon to be gigging straps.

Comfort strapp here.
