In addition to being the moderator here, Derek is one of our very busy artisit reps, and is about 400 miles south of where the instruments are made....So the best way to track it, would be to have the store you ordered it through call their sales rep and let him track it

Have them call Dan..he is the GC sales rep...He should be able to see where your Bongo is in production
