Brand New Luke 3 Loose Pickup

Hi

I received my 3rd Luke 3 in Buttercream earlier this week and I noticed that there is some play in the bridge pickup (it's HSS) and I can move it forwards and backwards.

I have tightened the screws up as far as I dare but there is still about 1mm play on the pickup.

Any ideas please ? None of my other L3s do this

Sounds like the entire guitar is defective. Better ship it to me immediately.

Jokes aside, maybe it news different height adjustment springs. Stiffer ones.

Fixed it - super sharp cross head screw driver and tightened the screw right up. No more wonky clonky pickup.

I had the same issue with my HH L3...
No issue with the neck pup though...seems strange...
