Build-up timelime

Just wondering...

Ordered my bass in mid-late August, was given first week in Dec as arrival date.

Wanted to know at what stage of the building process is the instrument at now? Any estimates/guesses out there (it's a little less than a month til she arrives).

How long from when an order is placed does the building process start? And what part of the whole she-bang takes the longest?

Entertain my curiosity, please!

I ordered through Musician's Friend ... a lefty Sterling, in tasty translucent orange, with matching headstock and a maple neck.

Hope that helps the crystal ball over there.

It looks like your lefty Sterling is in final set up right now, which means it could be leaving the factory within about a week, no gurantees though, it's just an estimate.
