Help! Can anyone provide a wiring diagram for the Passive USA SUB Bass?

I wanted to get my passive USA sub back to stock. I have the pickups and the pots but no caps and no idea how to wire everything back up.

Does anyone have a copy of the wiring schematic? I tried a search which came back with basically every posting in the history of this site. I guess the keywords were all pretty common!

I had the same problem. I emailed Customer Service and AJ shot me the pdf. I must have dunked the email after I sold the bass.

Sorry for bringing this back to life, but, i scrolled all the internet and couldn't find what the op requested.... asking for myself also: can anyone provide the Passive SUB wiring diagram / schematics?? Please?? I believe they were Volume / Treble cut / Bass cut (?)
