Help! Can you punch Majesty 6 trem to get it to chirp?

I live in a remote area and can’t test out a majesty 6 - I did a few years back but can’t remember- can you ‘punch’ the tremolo to get the strings to vibrate like Nuno does? I love doing that! Thanks!

Yes, it’ll flutter. Petrucci likes to flutter and chirp about from time to time. A rock and roll spring door stop, it is.

Just remember that you need to have the bar tension pretty tight for flutter to work right. It's pretty much the bar itself vibrating when it happens. Definitely needs to be well set up with the right amount of springs.

Yes but probably not to the degree that you want. Best to play it the way it’s supposed to be played (i.e., use tremolo bar)
