coil tap on JP

i presume you can coil tap position 1 & 3 on a JP since position 2 has the humbuckers tapped already?

You could wire them up to be split, yes.

From what l understand the JP is already coil tapped, in the middle poition, it's using 1 coil from each pickup, gives it a much better clean sound IMO.
