I had some warranty work done on the nut of my CBP JP7 I'd just purchased.
The low B and E strings were digging into the rosewood behind the nut causing me to have tuning problems.
Well, Jon took care of it and I think Sterling said they're going to modify their manufacturing process slightly to cut a slight down angle in the rosewood behind the nut and provide more clearance.
I just wanted to also say thanks to Dan for getting it back to me so quickly! Thank you so much man! Just in time for our gig tomorrow!
Thanks to everyone involved. It looks perfect and I'll be ready to go tomorrow!
