Can you let me know the DOB's of my EVH Hard Tail 86803 and my Axis Hard tail 88882.

Also is my Hard tail Axis a rare guitar? I have never seen another as all the regular Axis's seem to have a floyd, or the hard tails are Sports/Super Sports.

Non Trem EVH and AXIS guitars were offered
as an option but not ordered in huge quantities.
Eddie played a Floyd most of the time so that was the most popular version. We decided that when the Supersport was being developed that it would be the guitar to have all the options that guys would want and the Axis would remain the floyd guitar.

What color top is your EVH Hardtail?

I collect these EBMM EVH guitars.

I have 2 Transgolds, they are sooo sweett.

The EVH is purple, and the Axis is Red. Both have really nice quilt tops! Top axes! I picked up a Wolfgang hard tail before Christmas, and its ok, but its NOWHERE near as good as the Ernie Ball guitars!
