Hi guy's,

I have been having a problem with a few half dead
notes on my SR5 that just refuse to liven up no matter what
I do. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th frets on the G string.
Everywhere else on the fretboard is just perfect. Any ideas
will be very much appreciated.

Thankz.

Pazman.

Hi there,
release some tension on the neck using the truss rod. Any fret buzz up till the 5th fret generally means that the truss rod is too tight. My SR 4 had that same thing 12345 G string no other problems I just raised the neck slightly now it's great.
