I ordered an AL PDN 2016 at Pete DuBaldo in June... And this morning, I got a mail from him saying that my guitar had arrived at his shop!

During the entire building process, he kept in touch with me once in a while and gave me updates concerning the estimated delivery time.

It made my "waiting time" a lot easier.

Although it's Christmas time and everybody is busy, Pete took the time to take a lot of pictures and send them to me! I truly appreciate it! I do not know if it's common in the USA but it isn't in Europe!

Sadly, I have to wait until February as I fly to NY and get it then. ;)

Anyway, here is a big "THANK YOU" to Pete and a Merry Christmas to everyone!

I've had the same experience. Back when I was researching DD guitars, I spoke with him on the phone a few times asking questions. Even though he wasn't making a sale, he was happy to share some time with me.
That's why I didn't even think twice about placing my order with him, and have been extremely happy with his customer service.

HIGHLY Recommended... :)
 
Ah so you're the guy who ordered on the same day I did... :)

Mine (AL HH non-trem, non-matching headstock) is delayed by up to 4 weeks. Not Pete's fault certainly, in fact the ordering process was as smooth as I can be, but disappointing from MusicMan. I went to Europe for a month hoping that it'd be here when I got back (original ETA was December 9th out of the factory) but no such luck...

Hope she's as good as you expect when you pick her up!
 
Pete is definitely awesome to deal with. Made my last EBMM guitar purchase x 2 a few years back Silhouette & Game Changer! Feeling the GAS building for one of the new models to be released in 2017.

Ouch 4 weeks... Waiting is worth it. Cheer up.
 
Pete is the very best to deal with. He's the guy I call when I want a Music Man guitar, nobody else. EBMM has many outstanding dealers, but I have a relationship with Pete built on trust as well as him being one hell of a nice guy! He's 'the guy' when it comes to purchasing a Music Man guitar.
 
Pete is a great guy to deal with and will continue to buy from DuBaldo when I can, also do not forget the other DuBaldo, Nick, he will take care of you as well!
 
Pete and Nick are the best and it's always a joy to see them. Luckly for me they are about an hour and half away from where I live.
