Hello,
Looking for an SSS Music Man to add to my Stingray RS and Silhouette collection. I've narrowed it down to the LUKE 4 and Cutlass HT.
The only differences I can see are that the Luke has a roasted alder body, compared to a non-roasted and the routes/pickguard difference. Am I missing any other differences?

Thanks for the help and happy new year!

I haven't played the SSS, but I have a Cutlass and several LIIIs that share the same pickups. The circuit in the LIII is a little different and is brighter - I don't know if that's true of the L4 or not. Not a major difference however.

The bigger difference (other than price ....) is how they feel. The Cutlass has a slightly larger neck with larger frets. So I'd recommend playing both if you can first. They're both great guitars.
