Differences between Luke & Luke II?

Is there any differences and how do you know which one you have???

Thanks Tim! I guess i have the Luke II because mine has the vintage trem and locking tuners. I believe they all just say Luke on the headstock thats where the confusion came in for me,but thanks again!!! :)
 
I think "Luke II" is kind of an "unofficial" appellation for the redesigned Luke. The tone pot and switch to a vintage trem were the only changes I'm aware of, too...
 
The LUKE 1 had EMG custom single coils.

The LUKE 2 has SLV custom single coils.

So the single coils are different.

Forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious and I'm just missing it (I'm not too bright :) ), but why the change?
