another thing is that i heard music man did a new version of he's signature? i didnt knew about that... can i find the new or the older one on stores(new)?
can u post the new and the old version so i could see whats differenbt visualy at least?

JP uses exactly the same model as you can buy it in stores right now.

Jes, there´s a new model on the way...look, its postet somewhere.
Nevertheless the old model will still be produced by MM.

ohhh....

its this one..
saw it before, looks alittle like the 20th anniversary silhouette, anyway i didnt like its look at all, i will be in new york on this upcoming thursday and ill buy the older petrucci model in black sapphire without the piezo(so sad.. i dont have enough money for it)-: , nevermind its still great without it!).
btw - which colors are regularly available in stores? i never saw the egyptian smoke on the net.
btw2 - im from israel in case u wondered from where i.
thanks,

With the EBMM signature models--BP has explained that they want the artist to be able to walk in any store, pick their models off the shelf and use them. Yes--they are exactly the same as the artist is using onstage.

If I were you I´d save the money til I could get one with the piezo. Me thinks it isn´t that much so wait some months and then go for the real deal ;)

It's generally easier to find an Axis or Axis Super Sport in the stores I've been to lately. I don't know why. It's just generally more difficult to find the JP where I live. When I do see them or see them listed on a dealer inventory the colors are often Mystic Dream and Pearl Redburst.

Yep, same axe all the way. Problem is, you don't get the Petrucci mojo or his ability to play. You have to get that on your own....
