They are NOT new if this guy already put his grubby little hands on them. The warranty is NOT valid.
 
This guy (iosgreecemusic) gave bad feedback to an eBayer named wolf-3, apparently a dispute over international shipping charges.

Maybe someone can contact wolf-3 to find out who iosgreecemusic is?

I'm not an eBayer, myself.
 
Hmmmm something's fishy here. When I entered the sellers ID and the auction number into eBay's seller contact information form I got:

The item number entered is not associated with the User ID that was entered. View the item you entered and make sure the item number and User ID you entered are correct.

I did it 3 times and got the same result and I verified the correct ID & auction number.

I dunno...but I have basses to sell and don't have the time to futz around with this putz. Someone over here actually gets paid to track this stuff so I'll leave it to them.

I'll let you know if this seller gets back to me regarding warranty which we all know is void.
