So I know theyre coming out at NAMM this weekend, but when will they be available?

Retail Price?

Who is going to carry them (GC, Musicians Friend)?

Will I be able to order a single set through my local EB dealer? Just curious. Im dying to try these flats on my SR5.

I want to give them a try as well. Maybe Arin or somebody can ask Doug to ask BP to ask... If Arin hasn't read this already, I'm PM-ing him to find out about the strings.

Can somebody call Doug at NAMM to bug the EBMM guys about availability. The number should be 217-341-6127. I'm at work so I can't call.

If I don't see any updates to this thread by the time I get home, I'll try calling this evening.

I just called Doug and he said hed post details on the flats as soon as he gets done with the weekend. He said if he could do it sooner than that he would.

So the infos comin.

He also said the dual pups are really great basses.

Thanks Doug.

Also, let me note what a nice guy Doug was. Talking to him was like talking to a close friend. Very cool guy, and very eager and willing to help. Props to Doug. I now know who Im gonna order my dual pup StingRay 5 from. :D

Hey gang, here's the scoop ont he 5 flats: they are available for ordering now! They are taking orders so when you are ready you may call your favorite dealer and order them.
I didn't get retail price but I know they wont be as expensive as those TI Jack uses for christs sake!!

Talk to you all soon!

Flats for 5-ers.

 My Bongo *is* a five!

Oh, I think I get it - *prepackaged* five string sets, right? I bought a four string set of Group Is and a loose .130 .

I like 'em so far, but they need a few months to settle down.
