EBMM Customer Service is the best!!

So I show up to a gig and the push pull pot on my Luke 3 isn't working. It's stuck in "boost" mode. I got backups so I make it through the gig.

I take it to my EBMM dealer first thing Monday. Pot it bad and needs to be replaced. They call up California and the part is shipped out immediately.

Guitar is back in action and gigging tonight. Thanks EBMM for treating all your customers like rock stars!

Have you been pulling the knob out to engage the boost? I ask because mine is a push/push.

Yup...that should be a push/push. Usually the problem is the knob gets pushed too far down for the switch to be able to actuate/release.
Not blaming the OP though, could easily be the switch/pot wore out....

No. Mine is push/push. In fact, I bring it to my LMS to have their tech keep it properly set to make sure it doesn't bottom out against the body.

It really was just a case of the knob failing.
