Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some advice from the seasoned and knowledgeable EBMM players/owners here!
I currently have an Axis, but I'm considering purchasing a Silhouette (H/S/H). My question is, is there a noticeable and formidable difference between the EBMM Silhouette and the Sterling Silo20?
I haven't been able to find a music store near me that has either of them in stock, so I'm having a hard time finding the opportunity to try each of them out for myself.
The price of the Silo20 is very tempting... but I don't want to purchase one and then determine that I should've just saved for a Silhouette.
Any and all help is very appreciate!
Jason

I'm sure if you can afford a Silo20 then you can save a few more bucks for a used Silhouette. I haven't played a Silo20, but from what I read, the quality is good for the price, but the overall craftsmanship is not comparable to the real deal.

My experience buying guitars tells me, if you really know what you want, don't cheap out unless you're truly pinching pennies. You'll be happy to have the real thing when you look back on it.

Plus, think about it. If you like the Silo20 a lot, wouldn't you just end up buying a real Silhouette anyway?

Best of luck with the purchase.

The Silo 20 is a fine guitar but it is not an EBMM there are differences, if your not sure you like Silos get the Silo20, great bang for the buck but if you know you want a Silo just wait and get one, nothing like the real thing:D

sorry!! No comparison buy a EBMM Silhouette mate you wont be disappointed that way!!!
ive played both and there is no comparison dude !!!!

Get it right the first time round... If you can afford the Silhouette, then you shouldn't be looking at the Silo20 at all... Unless you're talking about a Silo20th!:D
