ehh help with tuning

well theres a version of this song that i wanna play and its in drop d flat tuning..and i have an electric tuner..but i dont know what drop d flat is..i know what drop d is...thats where its dadgbe ...i think..but yeah can you tell me what it is? so i can play this song in the future..like in an hour..lol

Drop D flat is drop D, tuned down one half step. = Drop C#. Basically tune the low E to C #. All the other strings should be tuned down one half step. . . . See below.
