Does anyone out there have any idea about Ernie Balls's association with Emergenza Music Festivals?

EB + Emergenza = lotsa love
Hi Zane,
Ernie Ball/Music Man was the first sponsor in the history of Emergenza, which started in Europe in 1992. We are now the only string and electric guitar and bass sponsor involved, along with some other big industry names like Sennheiser, Crate, and Mapex.
We give guitar and bass string sets to all of the bands that enroll in the festival through an intricate network of independent music stores. We also give custom instruments as prizes to the best musicians of the Emergenza Festival. The worldwide finals are held at the Taubertal Festival in Rothenburg, Germany and a few of us will be attending and judging them.
At the end of the festival, Ernie Ball/Music Man sends the winning band of the International Final to the US to give the band an opportunity to play on the EB stage at the Vans Warped Tour. This gives the band an actual taste of what its like to be on tour in the States and get a feel for the traveling musician's lifestyle.
We also sponsor the Emergenza Acoustic Showcase with our awesome Acoustic Slinks.
