... on his upcoming Tour with the Hogan´s Heroes.

There´s the following statement on their website:
"Albert and Hogan’s Heroes have decided to take a break from touring together after the spring dates of 2015. Albert wishes to spend a little more time nearer home on the other side of the Atlantic and scale back his touring commitments here in Europe."
Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes

I hope it won´t be the last time we can see him play here. It was great fun to have him tour annually every spring here in Germany

After seeing AL here in Chicagoland last night I'd say EVERYONE who can make a show anywhere around the world should do it! I was totally blown away. Simply amazing! :)

I've seen Albert many times over the years with Hogans Heroes and with Bill Wymans Rythm Kings and once with the Everly Bros.
He plays for a couple of hours and then spends quite a while signing, posing for photos and chatting to fans. What a gentleman he is, and a genuinely unassuming person. I am amazed at his workload, the guy is 71 now !! I'm not surprised at all that he is finally cutting back on his touring, it would wear out a much younger man ! Over the last 18 months at two separate gigs I managed to get my 1990 Silhouette and my 2014 AL BFR signed.
I am going to see him on May 3rd on what might be his last tour here in UK. He is a 'one-off' and we will not see his like again. Catch him while you can, he is an amazing live performer

His instrumental stuff is really keeping a smile on my face.

When i saw him back in jan 07 i think he only played 1 instrumental piece (country boy) and the rest had vocals.

Trying to categorize his country playing. Its like fusion.
Counfusion maybe?
