EVH Color

Hello,

i would like to know the original color of an EVH serial #86814, it is faded and i can't tell if it was originally black or green. also, i cannot locate the exact tone and volume knobs you guys use on axis guitars, can i order them from ernie ball?

I'm not an expert on this but... I doubt it is a black one. By my understanding, there were not very many of these made. They did have a problem with purple ones fading quite a bit. I've seen some "purple" ones that would fit your description of your EVH.

Serial # 86814 is a Trans Black.
