"Factory Settings" (Sorry if this is an existing thread)

I did a lot of searching but can't find a definitive answer. My daughter's bass came today from eBay, and the saddle heights are definitely off. Any idea where I can find factory string heights so I can set them correctly?

and have you already checked the relief on the neck to make sure it's where you want it?

Yeah, but Todd has another good point here...The relief should be dealt with first.
