Finally got my 30th case.

some may remember me complaining about how my awesome basses case was all busted up thanks to UPS/GC, the the preportions it got blown out of.


But anyway, I finally got my replacement case.

Hot damn, what a beauty. only problem is i'm afraid to take the case on the road with me, but this bass is going everywhere.

I guess i buy a plastic hardshell case to haul it in?


I should get a Bass Case Case...


huzzah for whoever made this case.


oh, and if anyone is interested, the case had a bass in it, I went to pick it up finally, it had been there about a month and a half, and i just now got down there.

Interestingly enough, the one they had was the ONLY ONE they've had at all, and it was one ordered for me... That GC never got a store stock 30th for some reason...

But i got impatient and took one from another store. So the kirkland GC has a fresh spanking 30th, with what looked to be the sweetest birdseye neck and super grainy body. Very very nice looking. weighs more than mine or I would have traded!


but yeah, a fresh lovely 30th for the taking.

Joel what you are sayng is that the Kirkland store has a lovely 30th minus the groovy case. The case was made by G & G to Dargiesspecs.

Man, I kinda had a hard time reading that post. So you're saying you ordered a 30th from some GC store, but you ended up getting one from GC Kirkland instead, and the original case was damaged so they gave you another case. Did I get that right?

I got my 30th a few weeks ago from the Kirkland store, and mine has a perfect case.

But you're right, the cases are almost too beautiful to gig with...the 30th and also the brown cases for the Buttercreams. I'm almost afraid to take em out of the house.

I don't take the case that came with my Buttercream out of the house. (The one that I got from Disquieter.) I bought a Gator case that works well with my Bongos. I have one for the Graphite Pearl single H too.

yeah i'm not quite sure what I was typing.

but the gist of it is that i got my 30th sr4 in July, and the case was damaged, so i got a new one and it's sweet.


now about that case case..


I'm just going to order a molded MM case...

or else a keyboard case hallowed out for two basses?
